Our Programs & Services


Targeted Case Management

At the Community Rightful Center Inc., we provide Case Management Services to assist individuals in difficult situations achieve a better quality of life. 

Our Case Management Programs Include:

Mental Health Targeted Case Management -  provided to adults with serious mental illness and children with serious emotional disturbance to assist eligible individuals in gaining access to medical, social, educational and other services. 


GPD Case Management

Community Rightful Center Inc. has partnered with the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV). This partnership sponsors the VA's Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem Program which provide services to homeless Veterans. "The purpose is to promote the development and provision of supportive housing and/or supportive services with the goal of helping homeless Veterans achieve residential stability, increase their skill levels and/or income, and obtain greater self-determination." 



Home Health Services

CRC offers Home Health Services to the community through State-funded programs. 

Home Health Services Include:

  1. Homemaker Services 
  2. Personal Supports
  3. Life Skills Development
  4. Respite Care

Through the Agency for Health Care Administration (ACHA), we provide Homemaker and Companion services for the elderly as well as disabled adults. Our method of payment is through Private Pay & Medical Insurance. Homemaker Services are offered under the AHCA registration #19024.  

Homemaker & Companion Services (Under ADP, Respite): Through the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), we promote, maintain, and restore the health of eligible recipients. In addition, we provide services for individuals with developmental disabilities to help minimize the effects of their illness and or disabilities. We deliver critical supports and services in order to delay or prevent hospitalization; and to foster the principles of self-determination as a foundation for services and supports.

Services provided include:

  • Individualized Care Plans
  • Companionship 
  • Appointment scheduling & reminders
  • Shopping & errands
  • Medication reminders
  • Transportation to scheduled appointments
  • Meal preparation & planning
  • Light house cleaning                


Outpatient Substance Abuse

CRC's Substance Abuse Program serves adult male and female patients ages 18 and older. The program is a structured treatment experience designed to give substance abusers the knowledge, structure, and support to achieve abstinence from drugs and alcohol and initiate a long-term program of recovery.

The program uses core components of the evidence-based Matrix model of Intensive Outpatient treatment and materials that have been developed, evaluated, and proven effective over a 20-year period of treating people with addiction on an outpatient basis. CRC provides Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient Treatment (OP) in a safe and structured environment by a team of culturally diverse licensed/certified professionals and support staff providing quality services. Our aim is to create an environment that is conducive to and enhances the recovery and personal growth process of the patient. Staff members serve as role models as well as being credentialed professionals who guide, assist, and direct the patient through the recovery process.


Employment & Training Services

The Community Rightful Center Inc. provides Employment & Training services to disabled individuals interested in successfully gaining employment. Through our Pre-Placement Training Program and "hands on"  approach  with our Employment  Specialist, CRC advocates for our special population ensuring that positions applied for are compatible to our clients' job skills and abilities. Our focus is to provide our clients with the necessary skills to obtain and retain successful employment.

  • (CCIR) Rise Program

Pre-Placement Courses - these training courses are provided to equip today's jobseekers with the fundamental skills necessary to gain and retain employment. The courses cover various topics, from "The First Impression" to "Communicating with Co-workers." The Dress for Success seminars and Mock interviews have also been a huge success with interviewees.

Job Development/Life Skills Level II - our partnership with APD, enables us to help individuals receive and retain a job in his or her community, or to develop and operate a small business. 

Supported Employment - this is a unique employment service for individuals with the most significant disabilities, who require ongoing support services to succeed in competitive-integrated employment.

Transitional Youth - these services help students with disabilities train for a job, continue their education, or find a job after high school. Under this program, participants will have the opportunity to receive sponsored career counseling, work readiness training, and fully integrated work experiences in the community. These services are delivered while youths are still in high school and establish the foundation for a seamless transition to individualized training and education.

(CCIR) Rise Program - CRC has partnered with Florida's Department of Education Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to offer this program. This 4-hour curriculum program is comprised of a series of career interest workshops, designed to prepare individuals who are seeking an opportunity to explore future occupations.

Rise Programs services include:

  • Communication skills
  • Motivational skills
  • Effective  résumé writing
  • Mock interviews
  • Customer service skills
  • Time management
  • Business etiquette

CRC’s RISE Program, Career Counseling Workshops, will be held in South Florida’s the Tri-County area (Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties) at no cost

Ticket to Work

 This is a Social Security Administration (SSA) program available to Floridians. For those who qualify for social security benefits, tickets will be issued and may be taken to Employment Network (EN) participants, such as VR. These participants offer access to employment and rehabilitation services necessary to help an individual secure and retain employment.
